100% payment is required at time of booking. Cancelations accepted until January 15th. 2009, with a minimum charge of two nights. After January 15, 2009 there will be no refunds for cancellations. Minimum stay of three nights is required

We are an adult only establishment and accommodate guests 16 years and over.

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
The balance is due upon arrival.
20% of the total booking will be charged for cancellations within 30 days.
